Youth-created performances about women’s rights and gender equity, followed by audience conversations and community action planning.

Dance for Social Change is an annual youth arts and leadership summit that brings New Orleans’ youth together to catalyze action through the arts. Participants design a day of action and create site-specific dance pieces rooted in their research and conversation around the 2017 theme: Women’s Rights and Gender Justice.
