Yelp New Orleans and The National WWII Museum are inviting members of both the Yelp community as well as the local military communities to partake in a night of revelry on May 19 from 8-11pm at The National WWII Museum US Freedom Pavilion: The Boeing Center during #MilitaryAppreciationMonth to celebrate local businesses support of those who have served.

Yelp's Five Star Salute is our grand celebration during Yelp Salutes Our Troops, a month-long initiative connecting local businesses to the military and Yelp community through promoting local military discounts, highlighting veteran-owned businesses, donation drives, and more.

100% of the proceeds will go to, a local, non-profit organization that provides veterans and their families with the resources, training and connections to successfully transition from military to civilian life. Their programs include job training and placement, a Business Accelerator for veteran-owned businesses, housing assistance, and mentorship.

The National WWII Museum's US Freedom Pavilion: The Boeing Center is keeping the lights on for our annual Yelper party; a celebration of the best in local businesses from savory samples to tasty libations to live entertainment while WWII planes hang suspended in midair, creating a truly picturesque party for the books.
