In this class we'll talk about your child's nutritional needs, how to transition from baby food, and what foods to introduce to keep your kids eating healthy. It can be easy to go for pre packaged, convenient foods when you are busy parent. Sourcing food locally and preparing homemade meals take time and planning. This class will focus on just that, making local and homemade easy for busy parents. Local foods are fresher, cleaner and more nutritious.
