Prana is the cosmic energy within all living things. It is what gives life because it is vital. Prana is a type of energy responsible for the body's life, heat and maintenance. When you are not breathing properly, you are not living the most to your full potential. It is the necessary foundation to live as it aids in health, mentality, & spirituality. And even though we breath everyday, it doesn’t mean that most people are doing it correctly. Prana can be beneficial to our everyday lives, in times of stress, and meditations.
In this Prana workshop, you will learn more in depth about Prana, conscious & unconscious breathing, the different methods of Prana breathing and how to utilize it for different benefits for everyday maintenance with health, stress, and awareness. We will follow this class with a prana meditation, Ananda Mandala.
Ananda Mandala is a very powerful meditation that utilizes Prana and the life force within us. Breathing is steady and strong throughout this whole meditation as it facilitates our bodies and mind with space to help nourish us in healing and clarity. Ananda Mandala means “bliss circle” and aids in increasing our vibrations with Prana.
Reiki healing attuenment will be given while in meditation.
