Join Isabel Juliet at Yes, Yoga for 2-sessions of the profoundly transformative Yoga Nidra practice, an ancient meditation technique that has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness. The workshop will begin with gentle asana & soothing pranayama to calm the nervous system, and then will transition into the Yoga Nidra itself, where you will be carefully guided through a body scan to release physical tension and holding, followed by a visualization that will help clear and heal the heart, head and body.
All levels are welcome!
Comfortable clothes recommended. All necessary props will be provided.
