The adult Mental Health First Aid course is appropriate for anyone 18 years and older who wants to learn how to help someone who may be experiencing a mental health related crisis or problem. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions. Everyone who completes the course will be certified in Mental Health First Aid for three years. We will have a working lunch. You may bring your own lunch, or box lunches will be ordered from Honeybaked Ham. (The registration fee includes a lunch order.)
