WILL PAYNE HARRISON
Nashville based Roots and Americana artist Will Payne Harrison’s new album, East Nashville Blues, is ten tracks of Roots, Folk, Bluegrass and Americana calling to mind the likes Willie Nelson (with tracks such as High As Willie), Merle Haggard, and John Prine. Recorded in East Nashville at Magnolia Sons Studios, East Nashville Blues was produced by Peter Jacobs and Will Payne Harrison with a cast of East Nashville Americana/Bluegrass heavyweights.
Since moving from Louisiana to Nashville, Harrison has toured the South and East Coast, performed at festivals, made radio appearances, hosted songwriter’s nights and even co-wrote a song landing in the feature film Black Beauty starring Luke Perry. Will Payne Harrison’s first single from Louisiana Summer, “Clarity” was featured as a Daily Discovery at American Songwriter. Since its May release, East Nashville Blues reached the top 200 in the Americana radio charts.
With «Intimate and intricate...» music, Steven Dunn solidified himself as a «Fixture around Indiana University's indie rock scene» early on in his career. Moving from his home state to Nashville, Steven has been featured on radio, television, and live performances across the United States. Following up his debut album, Indianola, Dunn tracked a four part record series with producer and engineer Rich Morpurgo [Stevie Ray Vaughn, REM, John Mellencamp]. With «soulful lyrics» and “raw, haunting vocals”, his «melodious and mellifluous..» tunes range from Americana to Blues to ambient Garage Rock. Simply put, «Steven's music is a worthy listen!» — Glen Furr — WGRE
Chris Lenox was born in Summit, NJ., in 1985, and moved to Covington, LA. in 1991. He began studying guitar in 1995, a few years after the death of his parents. He fell in love with music largely by way of his uncle and grandfather’s mix tapes as well as country music that was played on the radio. He later became very excited by guitarists such as Jeff Beck, David Gilmour, Steve Howe, Allan Holdsworth, and Steve Hillage, among others. He began taking private lessons with Benny Dominach, and eventually continued studying the guitar with David Bivens, Victor Larocca, Phil Patterson, Joe Manuel, and Phil DeGruy.
Over the years he has performed live and recorded with The Consortium of Genius, Rik Slave and The Phantoms, Livingtree, If, and many others, while rarely performing as a solo artist, though occasionally releasing recordings. In 2015, he released his first professionally produced solo effort "… and The Void Stared Back" and in 2016 it's follow up «Ghosts». As of 2017, Chris has begun performing with his own group consisting of Jon Arceneaux on drums, Rex Gregory on keyboards, and Owen Pascual on bass and is looking forward to creating more new music as an artist in the Bubble Bath Community.
