Gowland LLC: Making Work Work for Women and LookFar are excited to present this fun, thought provoking session to supporters of the 2017 Ada Lovelace Awards: Celebrating Women in Tech.
All ticket sales from this workshop will directly benefit our non-profit partner, Electric Girls. Tickets for this negotiation workshop are $15 and may be purchased in advance HERE: flipcause.com/secure/cause_pdetails/MjM2MjA=
Participants will develop key strategies that are effective for any negotiator and help women avoid the gender bias that can hold them back. Rather than a cookie-cutter, one size fits all approach, this session is designed to help women and allies alike discover their negotiation voice and achieve win-win negotiations in the future.
Participants will explore the current landscape for women in technology, develop a range of effective negotiation strategies, and build confidence and negotiation skills in a way that feels authentic.
You may also register for the Electric Girls Adult Electronics Workshop, which will be held at 10am on the same day. If you are not able to attend and would still like to support Electric Girls, please consider making a donation here: electricgirls.org/donate.html
Thanks to our sponsor Propeller: A Force for Social Innovation for hosting this workshop!
