Great Activities for all ages: CHECK! Hop aboard SP 745, an authentic and historic Steam Train, blow the whistle, and walk through our vintage railroad cars containing our newest exhibit: Historic Train Staions of New Orleans (1832-1952)
For the Kidos we will have a Pop Up Party Town, Bounce House, Rock Wall, The Garden Railroad from City Park, and more!

Most Importantly a Great Cause: CHECK! The Louisiana Steam Train Association is a non-profit 501©3 organization run entirely by volunteers. SP 745 is our baby and we take good care it.
745 is regarded as a classic among steam locomotives, and for its significance, it was placed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. For more info and a complete history of the train please check out our website: lasta.org/
