Getting It Done: Moving From Plans to Actions in New Orleans and Coastal Louisiana
Concept: Now we have a myriad of plans to protect and restore the Louisiana coast! That's great, but do these plans go far enough and are we prepared to implement what's on the table given lack of resources, complexity of permitting, complying with applicable State and Federal laws, and overcoming the inevitable objections of property owners, environmentalist, the navigation and fishing industries.
This year's Anna Dlo Water Symposium panel will explore these questions and what the answers might be.
