'Tis the season~ join us for our popular mead-making workshop! Mead, aka honey wine, is thought to be the most ancient fermented food! Come learn how to make the original alcoholic beverage and make a 1/2 gallon of mead to ferment at home from local raw honey if you wish! (supplies fee — $15)

Fee: sliding scale $20-35 (plus additional supplies fee if taking mead home).
