20th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Art Exhibition. This year's exhibition theme is from the last speech Dr. King wrote: Why America May Go to Hell: Standing in Times of Challenge and Controversy. This exhibition will be among the first activities observing New Orleans' Tricentennial Celebration. Included in the event are a panel discussion and a presentation by the winner of the essay competition.
