We are ecstatic to be joined 8 Wired Brewing-one of our favorite breweries from New Zealand! We will be tapping several rarities and welcoming Brian Watts-the US representative for the brewery-for an extended session of good drinking.
8 Wired has been making phenomenal beers since 2005 and has continually pushed the envelope since its inception. Their ales display levels of complexity and depth that truly capture the innovation of the New Zealand craft beer revolution.
If all goes as planned, the beers we will be pouring are as follows:
Big Smoke-Smoked Porter
Bamberg Rauchmalz (beechwood smoked malt) mingles beautifully with the rich, dark roasted chocolate flavors of the porter without being overpowering. 6.2%
