This class offers an in-depth look into how to create delicious, traditional New Orleans dishes and provides insight into their cultural and historic origins.
Our state-of-the-art Rouses Culinary Innovation Center by Jenn-Air allows for an up close and personal experience of watching the presenter from your seat with an additional overhead view of the stove on the projection screens.
