The 6th Annual Roe v. Wade Lecture, "(Re)producing the Maternal Ideal: Abortion Laws and the Romancing of Motherhood:' given by Professor J. Shoshanna Ehrlich. Ehrlich is a professor in the Women's and Gender Studies Department at the University of Massachusetts Boston and author of Who Decides? The Abortion Rights of Minors; Regulating Desire: From the Virtuous Maiden to the Purity Princess and the forthcoming co-authored monograph entitled For Their Own Protection: Abortion Regret and the Attack on Women's Reproductive Freedom.
